BaliMosquitoFogging exists because dengue is a serious, rising problem on this island, and most properties were doing nothing about it until they were swarmed. We are a small, specialised crew โ€” field technicians with entomology training โ€” who do one thing: reduce mosquito populations and dengue risk for villas, hotels and events across south Bali. We came at it from a public-health angle rather than a generic pest-spray angle, which means we treat adults and larvae together, dose WHO-approved products correctly, and tell people honestly what fogging can and cannot do.

How We Work

Adults and larvae together. Fogging the mosquitoes you can see is only half the job. We always look at where they breed too, because a property with untreated standing water re-swarms within days. Our larvicide treatment is what makes the fogging last.

Right chemical, right dose. We use WHO-approved products โ€” cypermethrin and deltamethrin for adult fogging, BTI and IGR for larvae โ€” measured per square metre, not guessed. Correct dosing is both more effective and safer for your family and pets.

Timed for results. We fog at sunrise and sunset when mosquitoes are active and the air is still, and we do not spray in rain or wind. The reasoning is in our guide on the best time for fogging.

Honest about health. We never promise you will not get dengue โ€” no one honest can. We promise to significantly reduce the mosquito population and dengue risk on your property, and we will always tell you to see a doctor if symptoms appear.

Safety, in Plain Words

Every product we use is approved by the World Health Organization for mosquito control and applied at label dosage. During treatment, people and pets stay indoors; after fogging, you wait 30โ€“60 minutes while the area airs out before going back outside, and then it is safe for children and animals. For households that want to avoid synthetic residue entirely โ€” families with toddlers, pets or organic gardens โ€” we offer a natural pet-safe treatment using botanical and microbial products. We will tell you exactly what we are applying and why, every time.

A Note on Dengue

Dengue fever is spread by Aedes mosquitoes that bite during the day and breed in small amounts of clean standing water. Fogging and larviciding reduce the mosquitoes around you, but personal protection โ€” repellent, screens, removing standing water โ€” still matters. If you have dengue symptoms (high fever, severe headache, joint pain) see a doctor immediately. Our dengue prevention guide covers what households can do.
