Indoor ULV cold misting inside a Bali villa

Indoor mosquitoes hide where you do not look: behind curtains, under beds, inside wardrobes, behind hanging clothes and in the dark corners of bathrooms and storerooms. As a technician I treat the inside of a villa very differently from the garden — I use a cold ULV machine that breaks the product into droplets around 5–30 microns, fine enough to stay suspended in the air and drift into those resting spots without soaking your furniture. The dilution is lower and the carrier is water-based, so there is no hot smoke and very little smell, which matters when people have to sleep in the room that night.

What's Included

Room-by-Room ULV Mist

Living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, wardrobes and storerooms — we mist the air and the resting surfaces where indoor mosquitoes shelter during the day.

Water-Based Low-Odour Formula

A WHO-approved pyrethroid in a water carrier at low concentration, chosen for indoor use so the room is usable again quickly with minimal smell.

Surface-Safe Application

Fine droplets stay airborne and settle lightly — no oily film on electronics, bedding or polished surfaces when applied correctly.

Ventilation Plan

We close the space to let the mist work, then open it up. Rooms are typically ready to use again 30–60 minutes after we finish.

How the Treatment Works

  1. Walk-through and prep

We identify resting spots and ask you to bring in open food and cover the fish tank. People and pets step out of each room as it is treated.

  2. Close, mist, dwell

Each room is closed and misted, left to dwell so droplets settle into corners and behind furniture.

  3. Ventilate

We open windows and doors; after 30–60 minutes of airing the room is ready to use, with no hot-fog smell.

  4. Pair with outdoor fog

Indoor misting works best alongside an outdoor garden fog so mosquitoes are not simply replaced from the garden.

Pricing in IDR

Indoor ULV misting starts from IDR 400,000 for a one- to two-bedroom villa and scales with the number of rooms. It is most cost-effective combined with an outdoor fog on the same visit, or bundled into a monthly plan. See the pricing page for combined rates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the mist damage my electronics or furniture?
No — applied correctly, ULV droplets are fine and largely water-based, settling as a light film that dries clear. We still switch off and avoid directly misting open electronics, and cover anything sensitive on request.
How soon can we use the room?
Usually 30–60 minutes after misting, once the room has been aired out. We always tell you the specific re-entry time for each treated space.
Is indoor misting safe for bedrooms?
Yes — we use a low-concentration, WHO-approved product chosen for indoor use, and the room is ventilated before you sleep in it. Pregnant women, infants and anyone with respiratory issues should stay out until the room is fully aired; tell us in advance and we plan around it.
Do you treat storerooms and garages?
Yes. Dark, cluttered storage areas are classic indoor mosquito harbourage and we include them. Indoor work pairs naturally with our villa and hotel programs.
