Pricing in IDR

Hotel and villa programs are quoted by property after a site visit, building on the monthly plan rate of from IDR 900,000 per month and scaling with grounds size, number of villas and exposure. That is the whole point of how we schedule — no. We fog at sunrise or during turnover windows, work quietly, and use low-odour products for any indoor or near-guest areas. Most guests never know we were there.
Do you cover restaurant and pool areas?
Yes — landscaped dining gardens and pool decks are priority zones because that is where guests sit at dusk. We also treat back-of-house drains and staff areas where mosquitoes breed unseen.
Can you handle multiple villas under one contract?
Yes. We run several villa-rental portfolios on consolidated programs with one schedule, one invoice and per-property visit logs. Property managers are welcome to coordinate access on the owners' behalf.
