When someone WhatsApps us that a housemate, neighbour or staff member has tested positive for dengue, we treat it as urgent — and so should you. The Aedes aegypti mosquito that carries dengue does not travel far, often less than 100–200 metres in its whole life, so a confirmed case nearby means the infected mosquitoes are almost certainly within range of your home right now. As a technician my emergency protocol is different from a routine visit: I fog hard and wide to knock down every adult I can reach, then immediately larvicide every breeding site so the cycle is broken in one pass, because a single missed container can re-seed the whole area within a week.

Emergency dengue response is priced like a combined fog-and-larvicide visit, from IDR 500,000 for a standard villa, with no surcharge for the fast turnaround during working hours. Frequently Asked Questions

Can fogging cure or prevent dengue?
No — and anyone who promises that is not being honest. Fogging and larviciding significantly reduce the mosquito population and dengue risk around your home, but they cannot guarantee no one gets sick. If you have dengue symptoms (high fever, severe headache, joint pain) see a doctor immediately.
How fast can you come?
We aim for within 24 hours and often manage same-day during working hours. Message us straight away — the sooner we knock the adults down, the fewer onward bites.
Should the neighbours treat too?
Ideally yes. Because Aedes travel only short distances, treating just your property helps, but coordinating with immediate neighbours covers the mosquito's whole range. We can quote a small cluster of homes together.
What can we do right now before you arrive?
